Engineering-Led Custom Solutions
Custom Tire Labels & Rubber Decals — Engineered to Your OEM Specification
From concept to qualified production, we engineer bespoke tire labels and rubber decals that meet your exact specifications — custom adhesives, die-cut shapes, special finishes, and full Tier-1 OEM qualification.
What We Do
What Are Custom Tire Label Solutions?
Custom tire label and rubber decal solutions go beyond off-the-shelf products. When standard labels cannot meet your application requirements — whether due to extreme temperature exposure, unique surface geometry, special adhesive chemistry, or brand-critical aesthetics — our engineering team designs a solution from scratch.
As Southeast Asia's only dedicated tire label specialist with 35+ years of experience, we combine in-house R&D, proprietary adhesive formulations, and Tier-1 OEM qualification to deliver labels that perform exactly as specified. From single-prototype engineering samples to multi-million unit production runs, we are your engineering partner for the full product lifecycle.
Our Engineering Process
From Brief to Qualified Production
Technical Brief
Submit your application requirements — substrate, environment, performance targets, regulatory requirements, and volume. Our engineers review and propose a development roadmap within 48 hours.
Prototype & Testing
We develop material combinations and adhesive formulations in our in-house lab. Prototype samples are produced and subjected to application-specific testing — heat aging, chemical resistance, peel, and barcode scan verification.
OEM Qualification
We support your full OEM qualification process — PPAP documentation, FMEA, control plans, and on-site trials. Our IATF 16949 quality system ensures every checkpoint is documented and traceable.
Serial Production
Once qualified, production is locked to your approved specification. Every lot is inspected against agreed acceptance criteria. Serialized barcodes and RFID encoding are available for full traceability.

Common Questions
Custom Solutions FAQ
What types of custom tire labels can you engineer?
We engineer custom solutions across the full spectrum of tire and rubber labeling: bead labels, tread labels, WIP tracking labels, sidewall decals, barcode and RFID labels, promotional decals, and industrial rubber labels. Custom capabilities include proprietary adhesive formulations, non-standard die-cut shapes, multi-layer constructions, special surface finishes, and embedded RFID inlays.
Can you match a competitor's product or replicate an existing label?
Yes. We regularly reverse-engineer existing labels and develop equivalent or superior products to our customer's specification. Provide a sample or technical datasheet and our engineers will propose a material and construction match. We will not infringe third-party IP, but we can absolutely match performance characteristics.
What is your custom development process?
Our process follows four stages: (1) Technical Brief — you share application requirements, environment, and performance targets; (2) Prototype & Testing — we develop material combinations and produce samples for application testing; (3) OEM Qualification — we support your full PPAP process with FMEA, control plans, and on-site trials; (4) Serial Production — locked to your approved specification with full lot traceability.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom labels?
MOQs for custom products depend on the construction complexity and print method. Prototype quantities can be as low as a few hundred pieces. Production MOQs typically start from 5,000–10,000 pieces for standard constructions, and can be lower for high-value RFID or specialty labels. Contact us with your volume requirements for a specific quotation.
How long does prototyping take?
First prototype samples are typically available within 2–4 weeks from receipt of approved technical brief. Complex constructions involving new adhesive formulations or specialty materials may require 4–8 weeks. Accelerated timelines are available for urgent programs — discuss your timeline requirements when submitting your brief.
Can you develop custom adhesives for unusual rubber surfaces?
Yes. Adhesive chemistry is one of our core engineering competencies. We formulate rubber-based and acrylic adhesive systems in-house to achieve specific peel values, tack levels, and temperature performance on challenging substrates including natural rubber, EPDM, silicone rubber, NBR, and textured mold-release surfaces.
What temperature extremes can custom labels handle?
Our standard product range covers -40°C to 180°C. Custom formulations can extend this to 200°C+ for autoclave and high-temperature vulcanization applications. Cold-storage labels engineered for sub-zero environments are also available. Specify your temperature requirements in your technical brief and we will design accordingly.
Can you manufacture under our brand (private label / OEM)?
Yes. We manufacture OEM private-label products for numerous global brands. Your logo, your part numbers, your packaging — manufactured and qualified to your specification. We operate under NDA and our supply is invisible to your end customers. We support the full PPAP qualification under your part numbers.
What quality documentation can you provide for custom products?
Full PPAP Level 3 documentation including dimensional reports, material certifications, FMEA, control plans, MSA, capability studies, and sample approval. Ongoing production is controlled by SPC with lot traceability. Our IATF 16949 certification covers all custom product development and production processes.
We currently source from another supplier — can you qualify as a second source?
Yes. Second-source qualification is a common request. We will review your current approved specification, develop an equivalent product, and support the full re-qualification process at your OEM or Tier-1 customer. We can often match both the technical specification and the commercial terms of your existing supply.
