Our Vulcanization Labels are specifically engineered for this — they're applied to the green tire before curing and bond permanently to the rubber through the heat and pressure of the vulcanization process (170–200°C+, 10+ bar). Barcodes remain 100% scannable post-cure. These are the industry standard for tire WIP tracking used by manufacturers like Bridgestone and Michelin.

We work with a wide range of substrates tailored to each application: rubber-compatible compounds for vulcanization labels, coated and uncoated papers, synthetic films (PP, PET, BOPP, PE), metallic foils, reflective materials, and specialty substrates. Yes — our HP Indigo digital press and variable data imaging systems support fully serialized printing including Code 128, Data Matrix, QR Code, EAN-13, GS1, and UPC formats. Every barcode is verified for 100% first-scan success. We also support RFID encoding for hybrid barcode + RFID labels used in tire manufacturing and distribution.

We operate five printing technologies: Flexographic (BOBST M1 10-color inline UV — our primary high-volume platform), Digital (HP Indigo — for short runs and variable data), Screen (for thick ink deposits on rubber surfaces), Letterpress (for precision tactile printing), and Offset (for high-resolution process color). Minimum order quantities vary by product and printing technology. Digital printing (HP Indigo) allows runs as low as 500 units for prototyping and small batches.
