Inline Die-Cutting
Custom die-cut shapes produced inline on our BOBST M1, eliminating offline converting steps and reducing lead time. Tight tolerances for precise fit in your manufacturing process.
Cold Foil Stamping
Inline metallic finishes directly on the flexo press — silver, gold, and holographic effects for brand enhancement, anti-counterfeiting, and premium product differentiation.
Hot Foil Stamping
Premium metallic and holographic finishes applied with heat and pressure for high-end branding, security features, and decorative effects on labels and decals.
Lamination
Gloss and matte lamination for enhanced durability, chemical resistance, and premium visual appearance. Protects printed surfaces from abrasion and environmental exposure.
UV Spot Coating
Selective UV varnish for tactile contrast and visual highlights. Create premium effects by combining matte backgrounds with high-gloss spot elements on labels and decals.
Slitting & Rewinding
Grafotronic HI3 finishing system with 100% camera-based fault detection during slitting. Pneumatic web clamps and ultrasonic tension control ensure precise roll specifications.
Quality Assurance
100% Inspection — Not Sampling, Not Spot-Checks
Every label we produce passes through automated camera inspection — not statistical sampling, not periodic spot-checks. Defective labels are flagged and rejected before they reach your production line. Our quality systems are designed to prevent shutdowns, recalls, and rework.
AVT Automated Inspection
Real-time defect detection on press. Catches print defects, registration errors, and colour drift as they happen — not after the run is complete.
Grafotronic HI3 Camera System
100% camera-based fault detection during slitting and rewinding. Every label on every roll is inspected before shipping.
PrintTutor Remote Monitoring
Camera system on every BOBST M1 print unit with remote access via smartphone or PC. Assisted pre-register and real-time production monitoring.
ESKO Pre-Press Workflow
Full digital pre-press workflow management eliminates plate errors, ensures file accuracy, and delivers repeatable results from proof to production.
Color Management System
Digital proofing with spectrophotometer-verified colour matching. Pantone and custom colour specifications reproduced consistently across all technologies and production runs.

Capabilities FAQ
What printing technology is best for tire labels?
For high-volume tire label production, flexographic (flexo) printing on our BOBST M1 10-color inline UV press is the gold standard — it delivers consistent quality across millions of labels with inline die-cutting, foil stamping, and coating in a single pass. For short runs, prototyping, or variable data (serialized barcodes), our HP Indigo digital press is ideal. Screen printing is recommended for specialty applications requiring thick ink deposits on rubber surfaces.
Can you print variable data on rubber and tyre labels?
Yes. Our HP Indigo digital press handles serialized barcodes, sequential numbering, unique QR codes, and other variable data requirements. For hybrid jobs, we combine digital variable data printing with flexo for fixed graphics — giving you the best of both technologies in a single label.
What is inline die-cutting and why does it matter?
Inline die-cutting means your labels are cut to their final shape during the printing process on our BOBST M1, rather than in a separate offline step. This reduces handling, shortens lead times, improves registration accuracy between print and cut, and lowers per-unit cost on high-volume orders.
How do you ensure zero-defect label quality?
We use 100% automated inspection at multiple stages: AVT systems detect defects in real-time on press, PrintTutor cameras monitor every print station on our BOBST M1, and our Grafotronic HI3 provides 100% camera-based fault detection during slitting. Every label on every roll is inspected — we do not rely on statistical sampling or spot-checks.
What substrates and materials can you print on?
We print on natural and synthetic rubber, silicone, EPDM, a full range of paper stocks (glossy, semi-gloss, thermal), film substrates (PP, PE, PVC, PET, PET-G, OPP, CPP), metallic and holographic films for security applications, and retroreflective materials. Our R&D lab can formulate custom adhesive systems for specialty substrates.
Do you offer prototype development before full production?
Yes. Our engineering process starts with consultation, then moves through custom formulation in our R&D lab, rapid prototyping with adhesion and temperature testing, and finally production validation before scaling to full volume. You approve samples at every stage before committing to mass production.
What certifications does your facility hold?
Our facility holds IATF 16949 (automotive quality management, required by Tier-1 OEMs), ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). These certifications are maintained through regular third-party audits.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom labels?
Minimum order quantities vary by printing technology and label specifications. Digital printing on our HP Indigo supports short runs from as few as 500 labels, while flexographic printing is most cost-effective at volumes of 10,000+ labels. Contact our sales team with your specifications for a precise quote.
